  2. Another good day is behind me :) I’m really happy cause I found some strawberries in my town! I love them so much! I also went for a little run today and I didn’t realise how much snow is in my town! I kind of hate it when I’m running, but I tried to be strong.

    Actually today I ate the same stuff as yesterday but I remembered to take photos of it!

    B: Oatmeal with penaut butter and half of banana.

    I don’t know if anybody will ever read my blog posts but I feel like I have to do it for myself. I’m like two and a half weeks in my healthy eating/working out/weight loose thing and I’m so proud of myself! I mean when I look in the mirror I still don’t like what I see and I’m a little bit afraid that I didn’t loose any weight. I promised myself that I will weight and mesure on the 8th of March. Hoping for good result!

    Well, let’s see what I ate today:

    B: Oatmeal with cocoa and half of banana (looove it!!)

    L: Sandwich with lettuce, cream cheese and tomatoe.

    D: Bean strew (red and white beans, onion, tomato purée)

    S: Greek yoghurt with two plumps, half of banana, chocolate muesli and half spoon of penaut butter)

    And now my workout! Well, it wasn’t the best one but my peroid started today and I didn’t feel pretty good:

    • 40 min of hula hoop
    • 100 push ups - Day 5
    • Squad challenge - 180
    • Plank challenge - 45 sec
    • 50 crunches

    I think it’s pretty good but of course it still can be better!
